Customizable to-do and day planning app built for ADHD users

Amazing Marvin is a customizable to-do app with day planning, Kanban and list layouts, habits, goals and time tracking. It runs on Mac, Windows, the web, iOS and Android. Its single Pro plan is a subscription that follows a 14-day free trial.

Amazing Marvin puts to-do lists, a day planner, a calendar and habit tracking in one app. Day planning lets a person schedule tasks for each day and see whether the plan is over capacity. Lists can be shown as Kanban, vertical or grid layouts, and the app includes time tracking and time estimates.

The vendor sells one plan with all features included, and students receive a discount. The 14-day trial needs no credit card, and there is no free plan after it. Compared with Todoist, which has a free plan, Marvin asks for payment from the start, but its customization is deeper.

- Subscription | Web, macOS, Windows, iOS, Android
