Work platform for tasks, docs, sprints and project planning

ClickUp is a work management platform for tasks, docs, sprints and project planning. It has web, desktop and mobile apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android, and its Free Forever plan includes unlimited tasks with 60 MB of storage.

ClickUp combines task lists, Kanban boards, calendars and sprint management in one workspace. Collaborative docs sit beside the tasks they describe, so specifications and work items stay linked. The pricing page lists AI features as a separate offer.

The Free Forever plan includes unlimited tasks and members, Kanban boards, sprints, a calendar and collaborative docs, with 60 MB of storage. Paid Unlimited and Business plans are billed per user a month. The feature set is broad, which means more to learn and a longer setup than simpler boards such as Trello.
