OEE and downtime software that collects machine data automatically

Evocon is OEE software that collects machine data from sensors, PLCs or relays and shows OEE, downtime and production figures on live dashboards. It integrates with ERP and other manufacturing systems. Plans are billed per machine each year, and a 30-day free trial is offered.

Evocon automates machine data collection through sensors and inputs from production equipment, then calculates OEE and shows it on a live dashboard. Downtime tracking shows how much time is lost and why, and the vendor publishes guides on reducing downtime.

Pricing is per machine, billed annually, with Basic, Professional and Enterprise packages. Integrations are an add-on in the Professional and Enterprise packages, and all licenses within one company must share the same plan. IIoT devices are offered as a service, while sensors and cables are bought separately and stay with the customer. The 30-day free trial includes help setting up the factory. Evocon suits plants that want quick OEE and downtime visibility without building a data pipeline.
