Free to-do lists that sync with Gmail and Google Calendar

Google Tasks is a free to-do list service from Google that works with Gmail and Google Calendar, on the web, and in apps for Android and iOS. It handles due dates, reminders, subtasks and recurring tasks.

Google Tasks keeps to-do lists that sync across devices. Tasks can be created from Gmail, shown in Google Calendar, and assigned inside Google Docs and Chat when you use Google Workspace. Subtasks, due dates, reminders and recurring tasks are included.

The Android and iOS apps are basic, and the service offers fewer organizing options than dedicated task managers. It requires a Google Account. It suits people who already work in Google's apps and want a simple list rather than project planning.
