Open-source macOS launcher with keyboard and gesture triggers

Quicksilver is a free, open-source macOS launcher that runs actions from keyboard shortcuts or mouse gestures. It is licensed under Apache-2.0, and its site says it is free forever and actively maintained.

Quicksilver is a macOS productivity app that lets you control the Mac from the keyboard. Its site describes triggers that run any action from a keyboard shortcut or a mouse gesture, and it lists multiple interfaces and plugins.

The project publishes its code on GitHub under Apache-2.0. The site says it is free forever and actively maintained by a community of developers, and that claim comes from the project itself. Quicksilver runs only on macOS, so Windows and Linux users need one of the other launchers in this list.
