Paid screen capture and recording app for Windows and Mac

Snagit is a screen capture and recording app from TechSmith for Windows and Mac. It captures scrolling pages, records video and audio, blurs sensitive information and organizes captures in a library.

Snagit is TechSmith's screen capture software for Windows and Mac. It captures long web pages, documents and spreadsheets in one scrolling capture, and it adds annotations and step-by-step guides. Its screen recording can include microphone audio, system audio and webcam input.

Smart redact helps hide sensitive information before a capture is shared, and captures are kept in a searchable library. The site compares Snagit with the Windows Snipping Tool and lists scrolling capture, annotation and documentation features that Snipping Tool does not provide. Snagit is sold as a paid product with a free trial. Teams with five or more licenses get volume discounts, and TechSmith also sells Snagit with Camtasia in a suite.
