Self-hosted workout, nutrition and weight tracker

wger is a free, self-hosted workout, nutrition and weight tracker built with Django and released under AGPL-3.0. It runs as a web application on a server the user controls, and its source code is public on GitHub.

wger tracks workouts, nutrition and body weight in one web application. Users build routines and log training, and the project documents how to install and run it on a server. Because the app is self-hosted, the user chooses where the data lives.

The project is free and open source under the AGPL-3.0 license, with source code on GitHub. Running a self-hosted app means the user is responsible for the server, backups and updates. Compared with hosted apps such as Hevy or Strong, wger gives more control over the data but needs setup, and this entry lists no native mobile app.
