Work management platform with Gantt charts and request forms

Wrike is a work management platform for project and task tracking, with Gantt charts, resource management, dynamic request forms and automation rules. It runs in a browser and has apps for Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android. The free plan covers essential task management.

Wrike organizes work into tasks, with a Gantt view for timelines, resource management to balance team workloads and request forms that turn incoming asks into tasks. Automation rules handle repetitive changes, and the site lists AI features for reporting and work intelligence. Its solution pages target marketing, PMO, creative, operations and IT teams.

The free plan covers essential task management, and paid tiers add team features. Enterprise pricing is handled through sales contact. Wrike's pages stress request forms and resource planning, which suits operations and PMO teams. Teams that want a simple board are often better served by Trello.
