The terms for using listme.name: what the site provides, acceptable use, accounts, content and linking, liability, and the law that applies.
By using listme.name you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the site is
listme.name publishes ranked lists, comparisons and articles about software, web services and books. The content is general information, not professional, legal, financial or security advice. Scores and verdicts are editorial opinions. See How we rank and Disclosure for how they are produced and which products are connected to the publisher.
Accuracy
We check facts against vendors' own pages and show the date each product was last checked, but prices, plans, features and availability change. We do not guarantee that anything is current or complete. Confirm important details with the vendor before you buy or rely on a product.
Accounts
You may create an account with an email address you control. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity under your account. Do not share your account or use it to bypass limits. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the site, attempt to break its security, or are used for automated sign-ups. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at a rate that harms it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission (report them to hello@listme.name instead), attempt to access other users' data, send spam through the contact form, or use the site unlawfully. Search engines and AI agents may read public pages, subject to the instructions in robots.txt.
Content and linking
The text and structure of listme.name are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link, and the public JSON and Markdown versions may be read and cited with attribution. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products they belong to. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including purchases made after reading a ranking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. Questions: hello@listme.name.
