Best for Daily planning on Apple devices
About Things
Things organizes tasks into Today, Anytime, Upcoming and Someday lists, which keeps daily planning separate from longer-term ideas. Tags sort to-dos by category, repeating to-dos cover routines, and notes can be added to any task. Quick Find jumps to any list or task, and Things Cloud keeps the Mac, iPhone and iPad apps in sync.
Things is Apple-only and is sold separately for each platform, with the price shown in your local currency on the product page. It does not run on Windows, Android or the web, so people on those systems need another tool. The app's focus is planning the day and the week rather than managing large team workflows.
