About Flora Incognita
Flora Incognita identifies plants with AI-supported recognition and lets users save their observations. Its fact sheets cover characteristics, protection status and distribution. The app is linked to the Flora Incognita++ research project, which combines identification with citizen science.
The project says the app is free of charge and advertising, and it works without a constant internet connection, which suits field use and school projects. The companion Flora Capture app is listed separately on the site. The app is a species reference rather than a care app, so it gives no watering or feeding advice.
