Best for Goals beyond daily habits, such as targets and projects
About Strides
Strides organizes goals into four tracker types. A habit is a yes/no action that repeats daily, weekly, monthly or on a custom schedule. A target counts a number toward a date, an average tracks a repeating number, and a project breaks a goal into milestones. Logging takes a tap or a swipe, and home screen widgets allow logging without opening the app. Reminders can follow weekdays, calendar dates or a set number of days after the last entry.
The free version can be used without paying for tracking. Strides Plus is sold as a monthly or annual subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase, and it removes the tracker limit. Plus also adds sync between iPhone, iPad and Mac, tags and filters, data export and goal notes. Apple Health can feed a tracker, and the progress reports show streaks, success rates and trends by week, month or year.
